Wellbeing Sessions

The Wellbeing Sessions will feature wellbeing experts and health coaches offering advice and guidance on event wellbeing, as well as providing a space for you to relax and chill between other sessions

We’ll be kicking off the day with a 20 minute energiser session in the morning and closing the day with a cool down and breathing exercise to help your mind process everything you’ll be taking away from the event.

In between there will be the following four 30 minute wellbeing sessions;
